From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'CrumbleDine originated from a vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. The Bianchi family established the pizzeria in 1985 as a modest venue imbued with centuries-old family recipes.
The knowledge of pizza crafting was acquired in Italy by our founder, Marco Bianchi, who apprenticed with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples. With a drive to mirror that authentic Italian experience, she brought back traditional techniques and the finest components upon her return to the UK.
Starting as a cozy establishment seating just a dozen patrons, our restaurant has now become a fixture in the community, while holding steadfast to the promise of impeccable quality and genuine practices. Our wood-fired stoves continue to flame and our dough rises anew each day, as we handpick prime ingredients for our meals.
With the torch passed to the succeeding generation, 'CrumbleDine remains within the care of the Bianchi lineage, and we carry on with the same fervor for pizza making, accompanied by a touch of modernity, preserving the essence that unites our patrons: delectable, traditional pizza.
